Building The Perfect Beast - The Pre'Ween Halloween Monster Mix

The monster from Hell
A somewhat less than perfect beast . . . from hell!

Everyone has a playlist for Halloween, right?  Well this is the track list for mine.  I cribbed ideas from similar playlists posted on other sites when compiling this, so now I'm just continuing the cycle.

Tracks labeled "Radio Ad" are short promos that once were pressed on vinyl 45s and distributed to local radio stations.  Tracks labeled "Dialog" are, of course, snippets of dialog from the listed movie.  The entire program runs about seven hours.

    1. This was a massive undertaking - compilation, equalization, sequencing, etc. - but it was totally worth it. I generally extend and remix the program a bit each year, and I haven't done so yet this year. I've got a few ideas, though, so maybe if I can find the time . . .

    3. I want this mix. How much would this cost to get a file of all these tracks. I could use this for any Halloween party. Great job

    5. "Nightmare On My Street" could possibly make the cut on a future edit and remix, Vern. In the meantime, if you shoot me an email with a mailing address I'd be glad to send you a copy of this version on disc. No charge - this mix is "priceless". LOL

Contact me at bwearly8888@gmail.com if you want one.

    6. Michael Zager. That's the name of the man responsible for track #10 (the nifty disco version of the main title theme for FT13 Part III). I never knew that before watching Disc 1 of Crystal Lake Memories today. Thanks, Mr. Zager! Credit where credit is due!

    7. Add me to the list of people impressed. That's some mix.

You're going to be responsible for me wasting a lot of times on Spotify now too...

    8. Thanks, Watching The Dead. It hadn't occurred to me to offer before, but if anyone has any questions about the providence or reason for inclusion of any particular track - i.e. why it's there and/or where it came from - please ask. I might remember. I'm pretty sure Spotify may fail you on a few. lol

    10. Thanks for visiting the Dog Farm, Oz. I see your own page is Spanish language. I'm curious . . . are you bilingual, or did you use the gadget in the sideboard to translate this page? I probably need to make that gadget more conspicuous.
